Rosalia
Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is Rosalia Vila, also known as Rosalia, is a Spanish Flamenco and pop artist from Spain. Since her teenage years the singer has been performing in the world of popular music as well as flamenco. Also, she has explored other music genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Her voice is described by no less a talent than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp but with the same bite as old one. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, proved to be both a critical and commercial success. The album topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and won the Grammy. In 2021, her single La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami is her third album included songwriting collaborations with Cory Henry, James Blake and other artists. The album was released on March 20th, 2022 just after the appearance of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish soloist to perform on Saturday Night Live. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first woman to win both awards.
